Created with a basis on the concept of modern architecture, Adega Grande Hotel accommodates up to 1,924 bottles, acclimatized at 14.5ºC and allowing guests to travel around the world of wines.
The wine list of Grande Hotel features the best producing regions from the old and new world. The first is represented by the most prestigious producing regions, including the French Champagne, Bordeaux, Bourgogne and Pomerol; the classic Italian Tuscany, Piedmont and Veneto; the Portuguese Alentejo, Douro and Porto and the Spanish Ribera del Duero, Rioja and La Mancha.
From the new world, the concern was to bring the main grapes from each country, like the Tannat, from the Canelones region, in Uruguay; the Malbec, from the Valle Central region, in Chile; the Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec, from the Mendoza region, in Argentina; the Syrah, from Australia and New Zealand; the Pinotage, from South Africa, and, finally, the Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay used to produce the great Brazilian proseccos and sparkling wines.
