To easily welcome people with special needs, the Grande Hotel Campos do Jordão has a special infrastructure in its facilities. The rooms and elevators are adapted, facilitating the locomotion, thus enabling people with physical restrictions to access all the hotel areas.
If necessary, wheelchairs are available to the guests on the hotel front desk. Two modified rooms, designed especially to host people with physical disabilities, complete the practicalities of Grande Hotel.
